I agree with Artum Snowbird - if all the breakers on your panel are fine, that sounds like one lost leg from the receptacle (power source) or through your cord to the RV's power panel. The telling sign is "some AC stuff works but not all". As far as I know the AC units should be 110/120 volts each.
The roof vent fans should be 12 volts, though; why they are not working is puzzling unless a fuse is blown.
