I guess you have confirmed that with the shorepower cable for the trailer removed from the source and you have the correct 120VAC reading between BLACK and GROUND being 120VAC - WHite and BLACK 120VAC - White and ground ZERO VOLTS at the SOURCE...
Are you connected using a 30AMP plug or one of those RV30A-15A long "dogbone" type adapters to the source.
i.e. everything is good at the source like the above pictorial is showing for making AC VOLTAGE measurements.
I am assuming this is a 120VAC 30AMP SYSTEM...
