You didn't have electrical issues until the motorcycle park 15A........
At which time YOU 'unplugged' the neutrals one at a time.
Then YOU found the junction box where power comes in and messing around in there you got arcing.
You need to go back and recheck ALL wiring.........junction box, AC Dist Panel----any panel YOU were in
Do this with ALL power OFF..check that black (hots) are only on power side, check that neutrals (white) are only on common bus and that grounds (bare) are only on grd. bus.
You have a neutral making contact somewhere.
Could be mis-wired, could be shorted inside transfer switch (which is one of the junction boxes between power cord/generator)
And if you can not find obvious issue...then have an electrician check it out before you have an electrical fire or an electrocution
