Next time it goes off use your multimeter to check if you have power at your power distribution box where the breakers are in the camper. You may have a loose connection there where the power comes into it. Your multimeter is going to be your best friend for tracking this problem down. When the power goes out start checking at the furthest point of your camper and start working toward it until you find where the power stops. Do you have a 50 amp cord plugged into a 50 amp outlet or are you adapting down to something else? That may be your problem too.
