ST tires are rated for 65mph. To suggest anything else is irresponsible. And 1,000s have complained on here about blowouts with ST tires...across ALL BRANDS!
You will notice I suggested LT tires as a replacement not the junk Chinese ST tires...Nothing irresponsible about using LT tires..
