IMHO the best is the one you can buy without breaking the bank. You won't find many discounts on them, and buying a good used one is really hard, mostly because they sell fast if they are priced right. You'll pay more for a light weight unit, beyond that the major manufacturers are all pretty good. Extra features cost more, by a fair amount. We have a 4 place ATV trailer and I looked for a good used one for a couple of years. I really didn't want a snowmobile trailer, but I wanted a v-nose with a man door in the front V without a drive out door. Needed 102" wide, didn't mind about a 4" wheel well as I'd build a matching height ramp for the quads. I guess I was too much of a tight wad because I just never could pull the trigger to spend the kind of money they wanted and my open deck ATV hauler worked just fine.
