End cap sealing with Eternabond tape,
I want to install Eternabond tape to the end cap roof joints. Should I use 4 inch or 6 inch width tape? Thanks.

We had one new guy add it to his roof of his brand new TT. His TT dealer saw it while doing other warranty work and says it voids the roof warranty. A google has more input on the subject.
If you add Eternabond up there make it look OEM for resale down the road and best function. Youtubes has lots to look at on sealing the EB edges for a OEM look and to keep water from getting under a edge.
What do you mean by "his dealer saw it". The owner of the dealership, a salesman, their service person? The manufacture would determine if it would void the roof warranty. Maybe the company that made the rubber roof. Were they all there looking at it. Kind of a vague statement.
