Entertainment center stud width
So I am going to be installing a single stud wall mount for an led tv but I need to know how thick the stud is so I don't go all the way through the bedroom wall... Anyone know how thick they are? ...

Just a suggestion but you'll have a much more sturdy mount if you use a piece of 1/2 inch plywood bridging between two studs.
