- bobndotExplorer IISeems to be a lot of pages on those radios. I don't think any standard OEM entertainment system is worth much.

If I start to have issues with mine, I will trash it and install an Alpine system. I already have a Bose sound bar which makes a huge difference in the quality of sound on the stock system. - GdetrailerExplorer IIIRemove the iRV unit, throw it onto the pavement, stomp on it, then beat it to pieces with a 20lb sledge, then scoop up the remaining pieces and toss into the nearest trash receptacle and never look back.
Then go and get a nice aftermarket car stereo..
Much better quality. - Anmacc2ExplorerLMAO!!! Well except for its not working.....
- bobndotExplorer IIDid you unscrew the unit and check the wires behind it ? Maybe the hot lead disconnected ?
- nomad_297ExplorerGet in touch with Patrick Industries. They will send you a new iRV 33, 34 or 66 with a return shipping label to send your old one back. They will need credit card info in case you don't return your old unit, but they don't put a hold on funds. Just get the bad iRV 66 back to them within 30 days. Patrick Industries offers great customer support and I am sure you will agree.

That "fix" is temporary at best.
If they made a BETTER QUALITY unit in the first place the OP would not NEED the "customer support" at all.
I don't just randomly hand out credit card numbers and now days it is even more important to be careful with that.
The REAL fix is to replace the junk with a known good brand of car stereos. Most car stereo manufacturers take a lot of care and pride in what they build and sell.. Their Quality is recognized by the fact that they RARELY will need to replace one of their products under warranty.
Do what you want, but I would rather replace with better and never need to deal with it again.. - bobndotExplorer II

I'm glad to hear someone else echo those words....thank you !
Mfg. seem to install whatever they can get cheaply done to install in a given space . I guess it creates customer service jobs . :? - JadogExplorerYes there is a fuse on the back of the unit itself. Unscrew 4 screws on front, slide out and look at the back. Mine had a 15a fuse that had blown. Replaced and all good again.
