Just wanted to let everyone know that I purchased my New Fifthwheel this past weekend in Florida at Lazy Days.I lefted friday night about 9:30pm and arrive at 5:30am. We stayed until Tuesday and came home. The 5er we purchased was 2014 Keystone High Country Montana 355re, The dry weight was 9760 and total weight will be 12,145. My 2012 f250 handled it great.
I feel really comfortable towing this fithwheel around. I tried keeping the total weight of the fifthwheel around 12,000 total so only 145 lbs difference if it ever full loaded.
The truck does drop a little in the back so I would like recommendations on installing new springs, timbrens or air bags. What would be better just for leveling it out?
Wow over 37' and only 12145 GVWR, they are really making them much lighter! Must be the High Country line, the straight Montana's are heavier. Congratulations! Chris
