Evidently neighbor didn't pay his space rental

Saw a yellow boot on a golf cart here yesterday. I thought maybe they parked somewhere they shouldn't, but guess it was to keep someone from just taking it.

I have one similar to that but it's for the kingpin. The hitch is in the bed.

How do you "lock the hitch" on a 5th wheel kingpin?

I have seen them used on small trailers in storage yards. Bigger usually just lock the hitch.

Just put a lock on the king pin, can't hook up then.

I have a co-worker whose VERY expensive (>$60k) toy hauler was recently stolen from a storage facility. That $85 device could very well have saved his rig.

You can find a boot on E-Bay. I used one on our 5er when we took the truck to tour for the day.
