Evidently neighbor didn't pay his space rental

Pay your deductiible when stolen, buy the wheel lock....just about the same $$

Looking at the video, it will not work well as a wheel chock as it may rotate with the tire.

yep ive seen this before.He put it on himself..A little paranoid if you ask me but to each his own.Maybe its a completely redone airstream.
