Tell that to the tow truck driver that's "stealing" your car when you don't pay to park.
Good on ya, SD!
You are "stealing" the parking space. :-)
Lyle - Deb_and_Ed_MExplorer III guess the million-dollar question for the OP is this: was the trailer booted from day one (to prevent theft); or was that added somewhere along the line (presumably by someone claiming a "lien" against the owner?)

I set a one ton rock under the hitch with our forklift of an unpaid camper who was going to pull out in the night. He had all kinds of promises for payment tomorrow for the week stay, but when the jacks are up, the neighbors say hes gone for gas to pull out tonight?
Check out the next morning was lively.

most, not all . we give the option when they are unsure how long they want to visit. if site is available we ' open ticket' It is refreshing to our guests to pay on their chosen day of departure. Invariably, they stay longer than they thought. Everyone is a winner.
That would be a good deal for us. We usually pay for just 1 day to see how we like it and if we do like it stay longer. Sort of...try it for short stay with longer stay as an option. - SDcampowneroperExplorer
