The two buzz words now days seem to and inclusionary warranty or an exclusionary warranty. Inclusionary means there's a list of what's covered. Exclusionary means its covered unless it's listed.
When I recently bought my new 5th wheel the finance guy kept bragging about how wonderful the exclusionary warranty was. So, I asked him for the list of what was excluded and he kept stalling. When he finally gave it to me I about fell off my chair laughing. I've never seen such a complete list of every part of an RV! What a joke!
I am not totally opposed to a warranty but they just seem like a scam. There's just so much fine print and BS tactics that you can't trust them. Things like covering the mechanical parts but not the electronics. And whenever something goes wrong it was the electronic part that went out and caused the mechanical part to fail.
