extended warranty
we are buying a used 2006 fifth wheel, is it necessary to pay $4300 more for 5 years of warranty on heat, eater kitchen and a/c?

$4300???? Thats an absurdly high price. I paid about $1700 for ours. They had asked $3900 and they kept lowering when I balked. I've made about $1000 in claims so far without issue. I'm one who likes having an extended warranty but only at a reasonable price and from a reputable company that stands behind their warranty.
