I am towing a 4014lev with an 08' F-350 with 4:10 gears. I have talked to quite a few F-450 owners with the 6.4 and they are fuel hogs. I average 8.5-9 pulling mine at 65 mph. I get about 13 empty combined. Most I have talked with the 08-10 F-450 are averaging 9-10. The new F-450 is a waste of money and is no more capable than the 350.
