f250 6.2 and 327re good match or to much camper?

Fifth wheel load rating for your truck is 15,400 with a CGVWR of 23,000 lbs. I am pretty sure you will be fine.

I have the same truck. I haul a 38 ft Sierra Sport toyhauler with a 2300 lb pin weight. Dry weigth is just shy 11,000 lbs. I have never loaded it to the 15,900 lbs GVWR.
