few issues came up. 1st trip out this year.... :O(
OK, many questions, hoping for some help/ ideas.. much appreciated.
1st- water inlet valve for the toilet in our Raptor 3018 is leaking when the water system is under pressure, I checked the fittings, all are tight, cannot find any cracks in the valve.. Was winterized last fall, all the lines were blown out with compressor. any ideas? also I cannot locate a Brand name on the toilet, it is a cream color and plastic foot valve flush type in keystone RV. again any ideas?
2nd- The stock dvd/ radio receiver quit- replacing with a regular 12 volt marine radio with USB for MP# input or I-pod connection. any one else do the same and where did you install it? difficulty with wiring?
3rd- the elec. Tongue jack quit, the fuse is fine, and there is power to the jack. Ideas?
4th, Ive been contimplating on adding a catalytic heater in the garage area, Kids complain that its cold sometimes.(actually snowed on us this past weekend during the night) I would add a electric type heater, but we boondock ALOT, so electric isnt much of an option.. is it possible / difficult to add a propane type heater in the garage area? issues?
5th- noticed the windows were fogging up on the inside, only on the passenger side of RV when it was cold outside, and the heater/ stove was going while cooking, is this normal as it hasnt done it before.. window seal broke? insulation issue?
I posted back in febuary that We have had no issues with the RV, guess it finally caught up with us, but I wont complain as its been used ALOT, and is 7 years old now, NOT bad for a RV.
