I get the wife situation In my opinion I would by-pass the dealers as they will very likely give you the run around (remember they work for the manufacturer), if it was me (and it was a few years ago) I would go to the manufacture, Call Cary at (574)825-0647, he's the service manager from Open Range, I talked to him and he seemed to be a good egg!
