You'll need to be a bit more patient and wait for the insurance company. Sometimes it seems like they are absolutely dragging their heels, but all in due time. I would not change anything, or do anything until the insurance adjuster agent came out and inspected the damage. I would not try to move it. If slides are out, they are probably bent as well. You many not be able to get them back in, so moving the camper would probably be impossible. Plus your jacks are bent? How are you going to lift the camper to hitch up? Nah! You need to insist the adjuster come out to the location. These things take time, so be patient.
