Interesting, if I had 16% of my 4,500# pin weight on my front axle that would mean 720#. That would put me at 5,900# on front axle still 270# under axle rating. I am full forward with the B&W and only add 100# to my front axle.
I think someone's info is wrong!
IIRC my front axle rating is 5200 lbs. All loaded up setting on a platform with butts in the seats it scales 4820. I do have 380 lbs of wiggle room. Whole lot more wiggle room on the drive axle :W
