The best way to equip a F150 for towing a 5th wheel is to have the HD Payload package and the Towing package (I think the HD Payload requires the other). You can tell if it has these packages by looking at the wheels and tires. F150s so equipped will have eight lug wheels and LT tires. Not readily visible but also equipped with the HD Payload Package is larger Axel and springs. Even with all this the hitch should be mounted OVER the Axel or slightly ahead not behind it. GET THIS CORRECTED.
