Once is enough. Twice and I would be looking at a B&W Patriot on Amazon. Great hitch and will fit your rails.
Good advice here, for the small price of the Patriot, problem solved!
Very easy to hitch/unhitch, and once arm is closed/locked, the king pin is not coming out. It is very easy to see as well.
I would not continue using a hitch that I was unsure of.
