I have the same hitch , I look for the green button then look to see that the jaw is closed , then raise the landing gear so there off the ground an inch - with a piece of wood behind a wheel: so if its not connected it wont roll backwards ( never happened yet but ) then push the brake controller lever so the 5th`s wheels are locked , then pull with the truck , if it wasent hitched up it would only fall one inch
