It's really not any different. With either hitch (any brand really), if the handle is closed, and the pin is in the jaws, it has to be hitched. Unless the pin is actually above the jaws, or behind the jaws, or anywhere other than in the jaws, which is user error regardless of brand.
Just get over it. The B&W is no more foolproof than any other brand.
Maybe YOU should get over it!!! I am trying to figure out what the guy was doing with the B&W.
