I also have a Husky 16K. It is the slide bar type, and if you aren't high-hitched, it seems to be nearly impossible to come loose. The key is always take your time, don't be distracted, visually check, and always perform a pull test. This definitely doesn't mean that I won't eventually drop my fiver, but I hope it makes it less likely.
