You did not say what kind of truck you have. But if you have the right truck spend the money one time and get a real hitch. Either a air safe 25K hitch with the Brinkley Holland Head or a Hensley air hitch with the Brinkley Holland head. You won't regret it. The truck and trailer will ride smooth. Neither one in a bind. You won't know the 5th wheel is behind you. My first choice is the 25k air safe hitch. That is the one I have. I have never regretted spending the money. You spend a lot of money on the 5th wheel . So why not get a good hitch to go with it, So neither you or the 5th wheel gets jerked around. On my 5th wheel nothing moves in the trailer and that includes behind the wheels which is the roughest riding. The only time something moves is if I have to slam on the brakes. But under normal driving nothing moves
