I just got my hands on a 2010 F450, and it has a B&W gooseneck turnover hitch. The B&W looks to be a really solid unit. I was ready to mount rails in the bed for my fifth wheel hitch, and then came across a Curt's X5 fifth wheel adapter that fit into the gooseneck hitch. 20K capacity, my Reese 20K hitch drops right on top of it, and when I'm not camping, the rails come out of the bed, leaving it clean. The adapter is well built, and we pulled my 16K toyhauler almost 600 miles, and the hitch never moved. Very solid, very easy to install and remove, and my bed is completely usable when I'm not towing. Got it from Amazon for just over $400. About the same price if I would have had rails installed.
