I jack my toyhauler from under the U-bolts for the axle mount nearest the wheel. I honestly can't imagine how much material you'd have to put under the jack, and how high you'd have to jack the unit by lifting under the frame. YJ(acking)MV. :)

To jack my 5'vr via frame would require 14" cribbing blocks at each jacking point just to get bottle jack to frame.
Like I'm really going to do that for changing a tire or inspecting/working on brakes/bearings. Under the spring perch between the u-bolts has worked for me.
