Tireman9 once made a observation that tire abuse is like a burnt hot dog. Once its burned you can't make it new again or something along that line.
Now how much abuse the tire has taken is a guess.
Look at the sidewall where the low pressure bulge is out the farthest and look for a smudged area or difference in the tires surface at that bulge point all around the tires (back side and front side). No one knows how many miles it take to damage a tire ran with low pressures or how much damage was done.
If I was using Goodyear tires on my trailers they all would have a TPMS on all the tires.
