Seams as though this thread turned into why I don't use a TPMS...
I called my tire guy and I will have a new GY next week at no cost..
NOW, BACK TO TPMS..
My plan WAS to get one this summer, been camping for 30+ years and had one years ago that left a bad taste in my mouth... lost air in 2 tires overnight while stopped.. The caps were allowing air to somehow release... Removed the system and never an issue again...
pressure gauge before leaving... club and Infrared temp gun at each stop..
