Fifth wheel towing
I have a F-150 XLT, 3.5 twin turbo. Would i be able to tow a 8000# fifth wheel, if I added E load range tires and air bags?

Most likely not a 5th wheel.
Pin weight is probably 25% and even if 8,000# is your loaded weight (not dry), you cargo capacity is not likely to be anywhere close.
Mine was about 1600# on my 2012 and that was one of the highest I ever saw.
That truck will pull it all day long.
But, you won't have cargo capacity for a fifth wheel.
