We had a Northwood fifth wheel since 2006 and currently have an Arctic Fox 35-5z.
With our 5z we have only had a few minor problems which Northwood had repaired without delay. I can say will love our 5z and has held up to bad roads. We have been in Las Vegas where it was 105 plus heat and never turned on the second AC unit.
We have friends who have a Reflection and they are happy with their fifth wheel. They also had a few minor problems with their unit, but Grand Design took care of the issues without question. I will also say, look into these Manufacturers, their units are well built and the service is great so you can't go wrong with either.
