I have been researching Artic Fox and Grand Design both really are nice. It looks like we have a better chance of getting a Grand Design and what's available. They both have great reviews. We don't want another Forest River which seems to have the market on RV's. Unfortunately, we don't have a dealer close to where we live. But traveling next year that won't matter to us. Now need to find a dealer with good reviews for sales and service. This weekend we are either heading to Tulsa or Texas to look at RV's. Thank you all for the great suggestions, we really appreciate it. Deb
One thing to remember, if you plan on traveling a lot, you're 99% certain that you'll be well out of range of your selling dealer. That being said, a lot of people simply buy on price because they know that they're going to 1) do their own warranty work on the small stuff or 2) call a mobile RV tech to do the work. With so few KZ dealers in AZ (used to only be 1), it was a question I asked KZ about very early on, and I was assured that using a mobile tech was entirely OK if I ever needed to do so. Personally, I would have bought on price for this reason.
