We love our Grand Design Reflection. We bought a brand new 337RLS in 2015 and had it 3 seasons and decided too big for just the 2 of us so traded in that model for a new 2017 27RL. This unit is 5 ft shorter than our first one and we love it! It is 30'11", perfect for us to fulltime in next year. Anyway we bought 2 of the same make, cant go wrong with Grand Design. Customer service is great!!! Sure we have had small things go wrong but nothing major and all manufactures have some problems. But Customer service is why we bought our second unit from them.
