Fifth Wheels and Golf Carts - not double towing

Does anyone have ideas/pictures of carrying a golf cart and pulling a fifth wheel? A few years ago, I saw a truck with a heavy duty roof rack and carrying a golf cart was the only possibly use that...

I was hoping to keep my truck and camper. :)

I've thought about the Idaho totes, but their legality in states like Virginia and Florida are debatable. Plus, I'm already 59' long (bumper to bumper) - I'm not sure that I want to tack on more to my length.
