Fill in fresh water tank

Quick question because I’ve run out of time searching and need to get on the road. Cedar Creekers, how do you fill fresh water tank? We have 2016Cedar Creek 36ckts. The manual is generic for all forest river and my valves look nothing like that. I tried calling Cedar Creek but had to leave message. Any help would be appreciated. I’ve filled it one time before but it was when we first got it and I can’t remember how I did it. Nothing I try is sending water to the tank. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
  • Put lever to "gravity". Tank will fill. Drain for tank is valve just behind rear streetside wheel. I have a 2016 36 CKTS. I don't tow with much if any water in the tank, but that's just me.

  • Go over to the Cedar Creek Owners website, my 2005 Cedar Creek doesn't have what you are but theirs will have they will be able to tel you exactly how to use it.

  • Does this look like yours

If so turning valve to gravity should fill tank.

Suggest you open fresh water drain to see if there is water in the tank already

    hope this helps.

  • I’ll have to do it later. I want to know how to do it but we went ahead and got on the road without water.
  • We have a lever that can be turned to city or gravity. I turned to gravity but it didn’t fill the tank. I can only assume that gravity is only for use when tank is full but can’t seem to figure out how to get water in the tank itself. I’ve done it before but it was a long time ago and I believe I did it after reading something on here but I can’t find that post. So frustrating! We don’t normally travel with water but when we are traveling long distance, it is nice to have a little so we can stop and use our own facilities.
  • Do you have a fresh water selector at all? "City" and "Tank" should be options.
