First Timer :)

Hello everyone, we are looking to make our first purchase on a new fifth wheel, and spent a few months looking. We have narrowed it down to a new 2015 Keystone Avalanche 360RB.

Couple questions.
First has anyone had an experience with this model, and comparing this to the quality of the competition how does it match up?

Also I have a 2006 Dodge 3500 Diesel SRW, will this be enough to tow that trailer?

says on the Keystone website that its 12,725 Shipping weight

Thanks in advance,
Nathaniel

  • Some folks have good luck with Keystone, some do not. I've had 2 Keystone TT's and both have been good. Someone else may tell you horror stories about Keystone. I think all brands are pretty much equal, unless you jump into the $80,000 or higher models.

I think your truck will do just fine. Would be better if it were a dually, but since it is not, you should still be OK, but you are reaching the limit.

    Congrats on the new camper!
