Work and play definitely HAS 5th wheels toy haulers. There aren't many W&P dealers and they don't stock much, but they are out there. I have their 2017 brochure in front of me.
I live full time in a 2008 34FK with a 13.5 garage. I haul a 1996 Tracker in it, and pull it with a Freightliner Argosy cabover tractor, my regular work truck. The only thing to watch for on any Work and Play is the potential for rot in the walls. Hard to detect without knowing what to look for, PM me for particulars.
I wouldn't consider the average RV toyhauler. They are mostly an RV trailer that happens to have a garage, and hauling capacities are limited. Race car trailers you saw on Racing Junk would be the way I would go, some of them are pretty nice, albeit all 3 season trailers. But too spartan for other members of the family.
Good Luck
