Mike, let me jump in here and ask a few questions...
Why did the manufacturer decline to set up an appointment? Are you asking them to do the work under some basis of warrantee, or are has your relationship soured to the point they do not want to deal with you?
When did you discover you had water integrity issues with your front cap..Is this something the factory has worked on?
If you have mold issues and water leaks they will need to be addressed... Are you asking how to do that or how to hold the manufacturer accountable?
As one who is allergic to mold and have had my share and others share of respiratory infections I can empathize...But you will need to provide some additional information as to what you have done to deal with the problem relative to your fifth wheel...
