I have a 2011 Keystone Montana 3400 rl the most popular model sold.
I purchased it in May of 2011 Moved it 250 miles to my property in michigan and lived in it for the summer. When I left in October for Florida the first long journey the cabinets in the bedroom totally fell apart and some panels actually shattered. After talking with my dealer and Keystone as i was 1000 miles away they suggested a dealer for me to take it to. I did what was recomended and they had it for two weeks repairing the damage. But they didn't fix the cause I had excessive frame movement on the right side of my unit. I spent the winter in florida and headed to Arkansas in March to fly fish. When I got there guess what more panels werre broken and shelves had came apart. I noticed after a rain that my bedroom floor was wet, after checking I noticed the caulking had seperated on the facia of the bedroom slide( I might ad that everytime i move the unit over 500 miles I have to recaulk the bedroom slide. I called the factory they recomended another dealer in Indiana so I took it there again they repaired the damage. But Didn't fic the cause. When I got to my destination in Michigan thee same thing so I contacted Keystone, again they recomended a dealer so I moved the unit there where they determined I had excessive movement in my frame, they informed Keystone that and they recomended a fix, at that time the service manager refused to work on the unit telling them that wouldn't fix the problem as it was caused by frame movement. Keystone told me to take it back to the dealer I bought it from no remember I am 250 milles away again, so like a good customer I took it there where after two weeks and removing the front cap it was sent to the factory for repairs. A bout six weeks later I had my unit back. Lived in it for the summer and theen went south again for winter. When I got there noticed water dripping from under unit everytime it rained it would drip right in the middle of underbelly. Again I contacted keystone they told me to take it to a dealer which I did. Camping world of Jacksonville, they did a leak test and deterrmined it was leaking from the front cap. Until then Keystone treated me fairly well but when it was determined that the cause for issues was their fault they became very deffensive and said that it was an owners maintainence issue and basically washed their hands of it said it was my problem now mind you every time before I would take a long trip i would bring it in to camping world for inspection..... so now what
