One of the problems is that you will be working with the legal system in Indiana-Goshen and you should not be surprised to learn that the legal system is rigged in Indiana to favor the RV manufacturers.
I came one day away from pulling the legal trigger to get our trailer, completely paid for but unfinished. I ended up eating completing wiring plumbing and eating the spare tire and mattress that were to be included but were not.
There are lawyers willing to take cases (I found one) but I gotta tell you they are rare.
My personal feeling is the big manufactures really don't care because there are too few buyers that really investigate the quality before the buy.
