A good friend had a similar experience (nightmare) with his new 2011 5th wheel from a different manufacturer. After fighting the problem for a year, including returning the trailer to the factory where they kept it for 30 days and still didn't fix his problems. He ended up hiring an attorney and filing for relief under the TX Lemon Law. They reached some sort of settlement (he can't reveal the details) and says the money he spent on the attorney was well worth it.
