Sounds a lot like the problems I had with my Holiday Rambler Savoy where the roof wasn't fastened to the walls and had huge leaks on both sides. Factory rep said it was because I hadn't performed my roof checks. I told him there wasn't enough caulking in the to reseal the thing. Had mold all over the sides where the rubber bumper strips were. Ended up a buy back and replaced at "dead Cost" (Right) and a $500 gas card. This is when Monaco (original) owned them. Second Savoy XL suffered from delamination on the right front side. No more Holiday Ramblers ever again. Jury is still out on my Forest River Flagstaff
