We can really relate to your issues. We had frame issues on our 3400RL and took it into a Camping World location at Keystone's direction. They inspected the unit and at Keystone's direction were supposed to have fixed it after removing the whole front cap. 6 months later the same issues were again showing their ugly head after a 1600 mile trip. We contacted the President/CEO of Camping World directly via email. He responded within minutes and had local Camping World employees come out to us and do a visual inspection. They verified the issues and he directed the local Camping World location to do whatever it took to fix the problems at their cost. According to the service personnel about $3500 worth of work was done on it at Camping World's expense. They did not charge us anything and planned to bill Keystone. We have never heard whether Keystone paid Camping World for the repairs to our unit or not.
