Fiver from hell

I need help ever since I bought my new 2011 product (i wont name company now) I have had had nothing but problems from the first trip my bedroom closets and cabinets totally fell apart, to front cap leaks( due to the factory not sealing it right I could go on and on and will if you want to know all.... I have been told by factory customer service that they respectivly decline to set up an appointment for me to bring it to factory for repairs (this wwould be its third visit there).... Where do I go from here? I have mold issues do to the front cap leaks i was hospitalized for severe upper resporatory infection caused by the mold spores. I think i have taken every route possible has anyone out there had such problems and what am I to do???
