Floor plan with rear living, pop-up TV on a side window?

we are not asking for perfect. These are criteria that CAN be met, as there is one that I have seen online, but was wondering about other options.

We would like to get it as right as we can the first time...we do not want to have to go through a number of them to find "the one."
