That's the floorplan of our 3455SA Montana. The 40" TV comes up from cabinet on the street-side slide in the rear living area. The free-standing dinette is located in the superslide curbside. The kitchen has a peninsula with double sink.
Sorry I don't have a floorplan for you to look at. I'm not that swift with computers. Also, if you want this model, you'll have to buy used. It's been discontinued. The 3455SA has EVERYTHING on your list of desires, including length (37'4"). If you want to look at the floorplan, go to the Keystone web-site and navigate to the Montana and you can select earlier model years. If you're interested in used, that is.
