Short distances on the very, very rare occasion... Sure.
With that said, I promise you that you will have to beef up the rear suspension with that pin weight. That truck in factory shape will squat SEVERELY with that pin weight, even empty pin. The F-250 (unless its a 2017) has basically zero rake from the factory and weak springs for ride comfort that don't handle loads very well. Air bags are gonna be your best bet. And yes, I had one. A 2012 just like yours in Lariat trim. My previous fifth wheel (a 31ft Crossroads Cruiser) that weighed right at 10k fully loaded dropped the rear bigly! I went with an add a leaf and regretted it. It helped the sag and load a lot, but unloaded ride suffered. Not terrible, but not good either. Bags would have been mucho better!
