Most of the cabinets back there are Amish made. Same with the RV's. Check out the hair cut. Our RV being built at DRV.

Yes, we agree. We have a great Cedar Creek that is 37 feet long. About 3 or 4 feet too long. It seems like the new Cedar Creeks start at that length.
The 5th wheel to look at is the Forest River Silverback. They have shorter lengths, and the Silverback is a cheaper Cedar Creek.

I'm really not looking for a cheaper rig, I'm looking for quality, just not so big. The rig we have now is 34 feet and great quality, and at a time we go to replace it I would like something like it. I guess we'll stay with what we have for now.

Well I did not mean "cheaper" as in quality. The Silverback is a quality trailer. the Cedar Creek and Silverback are made at the same factory. Both have the same frame, tires, axles, workmanship. The only difference is that the Silverback has less expensive amenities than the Cedar Creek. They have the same roof, siding, etc. I think that we will go with the Silverback next time around, just because it is shorter.

"Forest River Inc. will introduce the RiverStone, its first high-end fifth-wheel during the Elkhart County RV Open House Sept. 22-24. Available initially in a 39 1/2-foot triple-slide layout with full body paint, RiverStone’s MSRP will start at $120,000. "
So the name of the new 5th wheel will not be the Allure. The 22nd date is after the Hershey show, too bad.
The show will be in Elkhart, IN. Too far.
I am sure that the 5th wheel will be great, but how will they justify the high price???

It would be nice to have another competitor to DRV. Competition makes for better-built quality, new engineering standards, etc.
Maybe they will include an upscale ToyHauler model like the DRV FullHouse as well.

I think that they are being made near the Cedar Creek factory located in Topeka, IN. They are being made in Millersburg, IN. 9 miles from Topeka.

The Hershey show.

From what I have heard and read it will NOT be at the Hershey show, it is listed on the floor plan but looks like they will not be ready in time, bummer.

Could be right. Just read and it said the Forest River Open house near end of Sept. and then the Pomona show in Oct.
